According to a report by Japanese publisher Alphapolis, the isekai light novel Sozai Saishuka no Isekai Ryokouki (A Gatherer’s Adventure in Isekai) will have an anime adaptation. Animation studios Tatsunoko Production and SynergySP will be in charge of the production of the series and its first visual image has been presented.
Additionally, an X/Twitter account and an official website for the anime Sozai Saishuka no Isekai Ryokouki were announced. In this series media, the production team involved in the anime has been introduced. Yoshinori Odaka is in charge of directing the anime. The animation studios Tatsunoko Production and SynergySP are in charge of the production of the anime. Gigaemon Ichikawa is in charge of the anime’s scripts. Mayumi Watanabe is in charge of the anime’s character design.

Sozai Saishuka no Isekai Ryokouki, also known as A Gatherer’s Adventure in Isekai in the West, is an isekai light novel that is written by Masuo Kinoko and illustrated by Senbon Umishima (Vol 1 – 4), Katsuki Onda (Vol 5 – 6) and Susumu Kuroi (Currently). The work started its online publication through Alphapolis Publishing House since January 2017. Currently, the work is still in publication and has 14 volumes released in total.
The work has a manga adaptation that began publication on the Alphapolis website since December 2017. This version of the light novel Sozai Saishuka no Isekai Ryokouki is illustrated by Tomozo.
