In a statement shared by talent agency Raccoon Dog, the public was informed that voice actress Ai Fairouz, recognized for her roles in Chainsaw Man as Power, The Eminence in Shadow as Delta, and JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean as Jolyne Kujou, among others, will limit some of her activities.

According to the report issued in the statement, voice actress Ai Fairouz has developed post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), so she will focus on her recovery under the guidance of her doctors. In addition, on her official X account (formerly Twitter), Ai Fairouz provided more details, stating that she developed PTSD a few months ago. She noted that she has been pushing herself to do her best and live up to the expectations and support she has received over the past few years, but has decided to take a break to focus on her treatment and recovery both physically and mentally.
The seiyuu also added that the cause of her PTSD is a private matter and asked people to avoid making speculations or getting involved in the issue. However, she apologized for worrying and causing inconvenience to “the wonderful production teams who create her favorite works and characters,” as well as her fans who have shown concern for her health. Finally, Ai Fairouz stated that he will work hard to recover both physically and mentally and be able to present himself again in good health in front of everyone.
Ai Fairouz is a prominent Japanese voice actress affiliated with the Raccoon Dog talent agency. She became known for her portrayal of Hibiki Sakura, the protagonist of the anime series Dumbbell Nan Kilo Moteru? and, over the years, she has played several important characters in the anime industry, such as Jolyne Kujo in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean and Power in Chainsaw Man, among others.
